‍7. Termination

‍Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice if obligations are not fulfilled.Clients will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

‍8. Limitation of Liability

‍Shake Design Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesarising from the services provided. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services.
